As I cleaned my yard yesterday I saw the earliest signs of regrowth just beginning to peak from the soil. Winter has a way of forcing us to go within and focus on introspection. I'm feeling the stir of fresh energy and vitality grow in myself. Are you feeling it too? I have a few sessions open this week if you'd like to come in and get a nice reset for yourself. I’m so excited to share that I am now offering Crystal Sound Bowl Healing sessions using bowls tuned to 432 Hz, a frequency often regarded as a natural harmonic of the universe, supporting deeper relaxation and healing than the standard 440 Hz tuning.

✨ 1-Person Crystal Sound Bowl Healing Session
A deeply restorative one-on-one experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring your energy back into balance. This session includes a brief check-in followed by an immersive sound journey and time to integrate.

✨ 2-Person Crystal Sound Bowl Healing Session
This shared experience allows two people to receive together while being fully supported on the massage table (not on the floor). A grounding and nurturing way to relax, reconnect, and restore—perfect for partners, friends, or loved ones.

✨ Group Sound Healing Session
Designed for groups of four or more, this offering is held in the yoga studio and includes guided meditation and gentle breathwork leading into a full sound bath. A beautiful way to experience deep rest and collective healing in community.
