With the emerging warmer weather, sunshine and longer days, spring time has long been a time of renewal. We are truly only just entering the new year, yet so many emerge from the winter already drained, stressed, tired beyond measure, and emotionally depleted?

Why? Because we continue to spend more than we have in reserves in our physical, emotional and spiritual bank accounts....

A wise friend of mine once said "you're in an impossible situation.....you're torn.....you have two persons in front of you drowning, and look down to find that you have only one life preserver to throw.....what do you do? "

If we pair it down to the root of the matter, it comes down to this.....no one......NO ONE.....can continue to deplete the reserves without risking complete spiritual, physical and emotional bankruptcy!
