Here’s a little reminder to take care of it.
• Get some movement in, even a quick walk counts
• Add more color to your plate
• Choose grilled over fried
• Drink more water
• Get to bed a little earlier
• Take a few minutes to slow down and breathe
• Keep track of your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar
It doesn’t have to be extreme. Small changes really do add up.
