We’re excited to announce the launch of our Online Off-Season Hockey Training Program – Strength Phase (Phase 1) 🏒💪
This 6-week program is designed to build the strength, mobility, and movement mechanics hockey players need to skate faster, generate more power, and stay durable throughout the season.
Created by former NHL Athletic Trainer & Strength Coach Chris Phillips, this is the first phase of a 3-part off-season system focused on developing strength, power, and sport-specific performance.
Athletes will follow structured weekly programming including:
• Lower body strength sessions
• Upper body strength sessions
• Acceleration and speed training
