It saddens me to share that Facebook has removed ALL of the free yoga videos that I have shared over the years. I know many of you have been using them to boost your home practice and I am truly sorry for the loss.
This was obviously not just on my page, but apparently site-wide. I do not know what motivated their new policy, but it’s a bummer for sure.
