𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗙𝗦 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛:
Our current health is a sum of all the experiences we've had since conception. Yes, since conception. All of those experiences and how you've processed them... (the key - how you've processed them)... make up your current reality and the current state of health in your body.
Health and Wholeness are not solely about nutrition and exercise, but also about mental, emotional, and spiritual wholeness. We use fitness as a tool to build community and grow healthy God-centered fellowship. This aids us as we explore and unpack things we don't want to and should not carry around inside our physical body. When we move our body in exercise the brain is more responsive to new information because of the circulation and stimuli you've introduced. This becomes a great time to hear the truth because you can process it and form new healthy patterns in the brain. Out with the lies and in with the truth. This is why exercise is very important for mental and emotional health as much as it is for strength and endurance.
It's time to stop imitating the ideals and opinions of our culture concerning our health. (Diets and deprivation) Instead, we need to be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how we think... (stewardship and understanding our physiology) ... This will empower us to heal physically, emotional,ly and mentally. This wholeness empowers us to love better and be present for our families and friends shining truth to a broken world.
𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗙𝗜𝗧 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗦𝗘𝗧:
As we steward our health we show gratitude for the health we have. If you appreciate something you take care of it, yes? At whatever capacity we have to move we celebrate and move at our pace. In this mindset, we can grow and improve in a healthy way. It fosters joy and encouragement. We do not compare ourselves to others. We love and celebrate each other right where we are.

It's fun and it's instructed and cued for all fitness levels. It incorporates kickboxing, drumstick cardio, weights, and core strength, choreographed to music to keep the workout entertaining. Once you try it you'll be hooked.
