I took the last month to focus on getting everything in place to renew my license. Every two years in the state of Oregon, we are required to complete continuing education.

I finished taking an ethics class working through the lens of the nervous system. I started taking some online short lymphatic based classes. These are both topics I am very interested in. I am looking into classes for the next renewal to take to better support my clients.

Got to try a cute little spa space at the Starry Night Inn located in Seaside. You can rent this space out by the hour. It has outdoor soaking tubs, massage chairs, and an infrared sauna.

How is everyone’s year going? It feels like January has flown by.
Over the past few weeks, we have been busy finishing up a big house project and getting some car issues taken care off.
It was nice to start the year off with having my new system up and running. I set it up by myself and got the google issue resolved. There is a new feature that you can choose to prepay if you would like to. That has been a very popular option.
We took a few days off to head to the coast to see some friends and family.
My schedule opens up Wednesday the 28th.
Valentines weekend is starting to book up.

I wanted to share an update with everyone- I’m finally moving away from the Square booking platform and transitioning to a new online scheduler. I have been working on setting up the new system and it has already been much easier to navigate and offers more features.

Along with this transition, I’ll be making a few small rate adjustments, which will go into effect once the new scheduler is live. I am hoping to have that done in the next few days.
Any appointments booked before the new system is in place will be honored at the current rates.

I have more options now with the new system. If you would like to pre pay for a session, I can do that without the client needing to schedule first. If you would like to do that please reach out.

Updated Session Rates,
45 min $105 please contact me directly to book as this helps the booking flow.
60 min $115 (no change)
75 min $135
90 min $155

I will be adjusting my add ons and bringing back a few rewards. I’m taking a little more time to review everything before it’s finalized.

We went out last night to see the holiday ship parade. We have a friend that lives on a house boat on the water for a great front row seat. Lots of creativity decorating.

With the weather changing, it feels like a good time to give our immune systems a little extra support. I tried Bhava Wellness fire cider and elderberry syrup. I make my own elderberry syrup each year, but this was my first time trying fire cider- an apple cider vinegar, honey, and herb infusion.

Meet our foster Captain,

We have started fostering through Pawsitively Saved Rescue out of Newberg. They make it easy to foster and you can take dogs out for field trips over the weekend.

Captain is a super sweet 6-month old puppy weighing around 25 pounds. He has been overlooked as he get scared and shuts down in certain situations. I find him to really open up once we get home. I do recommend another dog in the home as he really looks to our dog for support. He spent the last 6 months in the shelter with his brother Neal.
He is good in his crate and has a good start on potty training. He is just starting to learn to walk on the leash.
