You know that feeling you get when you’re eating or drinking something unhealthy? Kind of like you know you shouldn’t be doing it but you’ll sacrifice your long term health for short term convenience? Sometimes I find myself cringing, as I’m doing it!
We all do it!
Learning to be self disciplined allows us be the best versions of ourselves now, & to invest in our future selves!
Which brings me to an important *bare necessity* that we all need to survive…
Water!
Our bodies are made up of roughly 60% water. We want to make sure we’re consuming water with no contaminates, & are actually hydrating ourselves.

6. Water softeners
7. Nitrates

9. Diethyl Phthalate

12. Pharmaceutical drugs
13. Dioxins
Our bodies are temples! Why are we consuming these contaminants? Why are they in our drinking water?
