Elder Haven Assisted Living is licensed by the state of Minnesota to provide Assisted Living care to the Forest Lake and surrounding communities. We have served the Forest Lake community for 15 years and have welcomed residents from 50-95 years old from all over the country. They put their trust in us and in turn it is our privilege to treat them as family.

Elder Haven is 14 years old this week-end! I cant even believe it.
I am very proud of what we have become. I really am blessed by
the staff ,residents and all the families that I have come to know over the years. It has been very rewarding .
