Tonight in class, we explored Ahimsa — the yogic principle of non-violence.
Not just toward others, but toward ourselves. 🩷
We practiced this through gentleness…
Through listening instead of pushing.
Through honoring our bodies instead of forcing them.
Through softness instead of striving.
Ahimsa doesn’t always look dramatic —
sometimes it’s subtle, quiet, and deeply personal.
A pause. A breath. A modification. A moment of compassion.
May we carry this practice off the mat and into our lives.
Be kind to your body.
Be gentle with your heart.
Let your practice be rooted in love. 🌿🧘‍♀️💗

1) See: soft lighting
2) Smell: essential oils
3) Hear: a good playlist
4) Feel: good yoga pants that don't roll
5) Taste: water or tea-stay hydrated!
