At The Yoga Branch in Forest Lake & North Branch, our community is made up of real people with real bodies just showing up to move, breathe, and take care of themselves.

You don’t have to be flexible.
You don’t have to know the poses.
You don’t have to be “good at yoga.”

Around here, yoga isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about breathing, slowing down, and reconnecting with yourself.

Some nights we move and flow.
Some nights we stretch and release.
Some nights we just breathe together.
