If you’re moving through grief this holiday, here are a few gentle ways to care for yourself:

1. Give yourself permission to feel what you feel.
There’s no “holiday version” of grief you have to live up to. Sadness, joy, numbness, nostalgia- it's all valid.

2. Be flexible with your traditions.
If certain traditions feel too heavy this year, it’s okay to pause them or adjust them. Create space for what feels manageable.

3. Honor them in a small way.
Light a candle, make their favorite treat, share a story, or simply take a quiet moment to remember them. It doesn’t have to be big to be meaningful.

4. Ask for support when you need it.
Let someone close know what this season feels like for you. You don’t have to carry it alone.

5. Be gentle with your energy.
If all you can do is get through the day, that is enough. Truly.

Wherever you are emotionally this Christmas- grieving, remembering, or just trying your best- know that you’re not alone. 💙✨
