This highly individualized treatment includes the individual receiving care as well as their family and community. As partners, together we seek innovative paths towards wellness. Riveredge Hospital is a free-standing psychiatric facility, meaning we specialize in the treatment of behavioral health. We serve the Chicago and surrounding region by delivering specialized care to children , adolescents, young adults, adults, and geriatric persons. Physicians are on the medical staff of Riveredge Hospital, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of Riveredge Hospital. The facility shall not be liable for actions or treatments provided by physicians. We are unable to provide medical advice through social media. As we wrap up the week of Veterans Day celebrations with gratitude and pride.

Governor's State University hosted a beautiful and well-executed ceremony honoring all who have served. The event featured an inspiring presentation by the Crete High School ROTC, who paid tribute to our flag with excellence and respect.

We also heard powerful words from Governor's State University President Joyce C. Ester and the head of the Women Veterans Association, Margo - both reminding us of the strength, sacrifice, and resilience of our veteran community.

Riveredge Hospital was honored to attend a powerful Veterans Day celebration hosted by the Village of University Park! The event brought together community members, leaders, and veterans to recognize the courage and dedication of those who have served our nation.

We were deeply moved by the heartfelt speech from Mayor Joseph Roudez III, who reminded us of the true meaning of service and sacrifice. Chief of Police Dale S. Mitchell, MA, also shared inspiring words about the University Park Police Department's commitment to supporting veterans and helping them transition into careers in law enforcement.
