The biggest problem about waiting for January...
About waiting for the “right” time to start...
Is that you’ll never build consistency.
After all, if you can only get it done when it’s easier, or when you feel motivated, you’ll stop whenever life feels hard or you lose motivation.
But there are 30 days left in 2025.
What’s stopping you from getting in a short walk most days?
From eating protein and vegetables at most meals?
From fitting in one or two short workouts per week, sauna/cold plunge?
Look.
I’m not saying you need to be perfect.
But if you don’t make any effort now, January’s going to be way harder than it needs to be because you’ll be starting from zero.
So start building some simple systems and habits NOW.
Because if you can maintain them even semi-consistently now, you’re setting yourself up for future success.
