I seriously CANNOT stress this enough. If you feel like you need to get up to push, DO IT, if you need to squat on the floor, DO IT, if you want a water birth, PLEASE DO IT! YOU need to be as comfortable as you can be because it is your body telling you what to do. Our bodies are MADE for this so we should pay them a little respect and listen to what they are telling us. Also even if you are confined to the bed there is still comfort measures you, your partner or your doula can do to help you.

I am GRADUATING high school today! How exciting! Then once I raise/save enough money I will officially enroll in online doula certification classes❤ I will see you guys after I get back from the beach on Saturday. Have a great weekend☀🌊⚓🌴

It happens so easy. Best advice isn’t cookies, supplements or drinks... or formula. It is skin to skin and get baby at the breast as much as possible. Your body makes milk based off the demand. Supply and demand! So the more baby is there and demands, the more milk is made. Our bodies aren’t broken, they will work just like in birth.

I did not have a c-section with my son but it was a concern when my uterus stopped growing that I may be induced and take into a c-section. A C-section can be scary to think about or go through so I really applaud all the people who have to get them and I especially applaud the ones who get them when they didn't want one. Show your scar, tell your story, and be proud of what you have done. 💕
