This Women’s Day weekend, we hosted a free Menopause & Hormone Health Workshop to support and empower women in our community.

We’re incredibly grateful for our amazing team who showed up with true dedication.
Daniela worked hard to arrange childcare for her one-year-old but still came to help other women.
Kendall had her engagement shoot yet still made time to support the event.
Donna, even on her third day working, spent her weekend helping women navigating menopause, a journey she understands personally.
And Dr. Maddukuri, a mother of two, continues to lead with passion for women’s health.

At Forest Wellness MD, we believe when women support and empower each other, amazing things happen.

Today was a truly special day for all of us at Forest Wellness MD.

Thank you to everyone who joined our Hormone Health Educational Event. It was wonderful to see so many members of our community come together to learn, ask questions, and have open conversations about women’s health.

At Forest Wellness MD, we believe education is a powerful part of healthcare. Our goal is to support our community by creating spaces where women feel heard, informed, and empowered to understand their hormones and their health.
