Connor Schmidt/Team Great Lakes and Ron Creager/Central HST Director supported a large rollout at a children’s hospital in Michigan. The project included work across the OR, IR, Cath Lab, and ED, in collaboration with our Supplier Partner, Chemence Medical.

We're excited to introduce Maria Santini, the most recent addition to our Clinical Support Team!

"I am a 32 year seasoned nurse who is dedicated, diligent, compassionate, and exercises pride in my professional role.I began my career as a pediatric hematology/oncology nurse, and worked in the infusion world for many years in home care and in-office infusions. Since 1998, I have worked for many Medical device companies in providing education to their accounts. And lastly, I have a positive attitude towards teamwork in order to accomplish common goals, it is an attribute I strive to instill in others. I love my profession!"

This week, we're excited to welcome Connor Schmidt, the newest member of Team Great Lakes!

"Hello everyone, my name is Connor Schmidt, and I currently reside in Royal Oak, MI. As a former Division I and professional hockey player, competition and performance have always been part of who I am. I carried that drive into a successful five-year career selling mortgages, and now into medical sales and the healthcare industry.

When I am not working, I spend the majority of my time with friends, family, golfing, playing hockey, or attending Detroit sporting events. I'm very grateful for the opportunity with MTMC and really look forward to meeting everyone!"

We’re excited to welcome Jill Heikkila to MTMC’s Clinical Support Team!

"Hello! My name is Jill Heikkila. I am originally from Chicago, IL but have been travel nursing all over the US since January of 2020 - currently in Portland, OR. My background is in Elementary Education for 7.5 years, and currently have been a Pediatric ICU nurse for 14.5 years. I am a lover of all things outdoors: sun, snow, water and land, I probably love to do it! I love being and staying active, but I also love a blanket, a good book, a fire and a glass of wine. I love to cook and most recently love to bake sourdough. I am looking forward to working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist with MTMC as I feel that it is the perfect opportunity for me to combine my two passions: nursing & education."
