My experience as a collegiate athlete, runner and coach has also allowed to me to excel at caring for athletes at all levels to support peak performance and injury prevention. My approach is skillful and gentle with an emphasis on the entire body releasing stored tension that can interfere with our inborn ability to thrive and be well. Pregnant women have safer and more comfortable births as a result of having their pelvis properly aligned with the Webster Technique, which addresses the physical structures affected during pregnancy such as pelvic bones, low back and hip muscles, nerves and supportive ligaments of the uterus. Additional techniques include cranial work, Activator, Drop Table, SOT, Diversified, Extremity adjusting and BGI adjusting concepts. Webster Technique Certified
