In May 2024, I was diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder. The orthopedic surgeon trialed a steroid shot and physical therapy but stated that he will only do it once and if the pain returns or does not get better, I will need to have surgery. It worked for about 8 months and had severe right shoulder pain making my job as a paramedic very difficult. Between nursing it through work and different remedies nothing improved the pain and I was as 20-30 percent function with it. August 2025, I reached out to Dr. Nicole Eckert regarding her advertisement of StemWave Therapy. I am 10 treatments in as of October and can say I have incredible improvement up to 80%. Since the treatments, I am not in pain all the time, the mobility and functionality of my shoulder greatly improved. With this treatment, I am able to go to work without being in pain or having the daunting thoughts of surgery over my head or possible having a career ending injury. I 100% recommend StemWave Therapy and intend to continue the therapy for my shoulder as an alternative to rotator cuff surgery as long as possible.
