Day 1 of 50.
Today starts my 50-day journey to my birthday on April 20th.
March 1st- April 19th.
For those doing this with me, let’s stay consistent. For those who want to join, it’s simple.
Going back to my Don’t Forget to Pour (DFTP) levels:
Level 1 Spiritual Pour: daily time with yourself. Pray, read, journal, and ask your body what it needs from you today. (I usually do an hour, but start with at least 15 minutes.)
Level 2 Physical Pour: 30 minutes of walking every day. You can break it into two 15-minute walks, but one has to be in the morning.
Nutrition discipline: Intermittent Fasting 12 PM - 6 PM. During my eating window: -replace one meal with a protein shake -eat two protein-packed meals with vegetables
Nothing extreme.
Just intentional.
Just consistent.
