There is a PEACE that comes when you love yourself inside out. In this CHAPTER I’ve learned and continue to learn to JUST BE~

Nuggets I’ve learned along this journey♥️

1. I can do anything I put my mind to.
2. Investing in myself is not selfish.
3. If my body says rest- listen.
4. Reward myself for the small changes/wins, they will lead to bigger ones.
5. Never write anything in pen always pencil. I am the of PIVOT a B**ch
6. Change is inevitable so you better make it worthwhile~ for the good.
7. Get up and do it again no matter how many times you have to start over. Just don’t stop!
8. Wear it if you want to! It’s not being EXTRA👠
9. Give myself Grace!
10. There is absolutely no one on this planet like me. I’m created in Gods image & Uniquely made!
