Update on the proposed Texas rule changes 👇

The Veterinary Board has announced that the proposed rules will NOT be presented at the April meeting.

This is a really positive sign—it shows that voices are being heard. 🙌

BUT… this is not over.

The rules have not been canceled. They can still be revised and brought back at a later date, which means continued feedback still matters.

If you’ve been thinking about speaking up, now is still the time. Real experiences from horse owners carry weight and help shape these decisions.

You can also consider reaching out to your elected officials to share how access to non-invasive services like massage and PEMF impacts you and your horse. These decisions affect small businesses, animal owners, and access to care across our communities.

🆘️⚠️DEADLINE FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS IS TODAY, 3-31-26!

I don’t usually ask for things like this, but this one matters.

There are proposed rule changes in Texas that could limit access to non-invasive services like the ones I provide (massage, PEMF, etc.) unless they are performed by or directly supervised by a veterinarian.

If passed, this could make it much harder for me to continue serving your horses the way I currently do—and could also make these services less accessible and more expensive for you.

If you’ve ever felt like my work has made a difference for your horse’s comfort, mobility, or overall wellness, I would truly appreciate your support.

There is nothing “little” about moments like this. ❤️
When I first met Halle, she couldn’t stand or walk on her own. Arthritis had taken a toll, and her good days and hard days were unpredictable.
Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve been consistent—3 sessions per week using PEMF, red light, and targeted bodywork to support comfort, circulation, and mobility.

🌮🐴 Taco Tuesday at Laurel Ridge Stables!

Taco is a handsome Saddlebred in training who has been bravely battling laminitis for about a year. Since I started seeing him in March, his owner and trainer have noticed a big difference in his comfort and performance.
