BasePoint is a Dallas-based PHP/IOP Outpatient program treating mental health and co-occurring disorders.

Our Academy program serves teens 11-18 and our BreakThrough program serves adults aged 18-35.

From 2019 to 2023, BasePoint’s transportation program saw an 847% increase ⬆️ in clients served at our Forney clinic — a powerful reflection of our commitment to health equity and accessible care for clients and families across Texas.

Through our transportation fleet, Base Force One, teens and young adults can safely and reliably access the care they need, bridging the gap for those in rural and underserved areas. 🚙
