I am yet again reaching out to remind everyone to PLEASE be considerate of others if you’re unwell.

If you’re not sure if your symptoms are bad enough to need to cancel, shoot me a message and check.

I don’t charge for cancelations when illness is involved .

I understand you want your massage and it may but seem like a head cold. But myself and my children have poor immune systems. And what feels like a cold to you, may be devastating to us.

When someone chooses to come in sick, it costs my family days of down time. We are currently on day 4 of fighting influnza A and still very sick. This has resulted in not just the misery of my family but another 12 patients I had to cancel and have nowhere to put them in a reasonable time.

Please consider these things when making a choice to come in. Error on the side of caution .

I apologize for all who had to be rescheduled and I will work hard to find space in the schedule in a timely manner.

This year has been a difficult year for small business owners. So many have lost their dreams to the rising cost of supplies and the decline in small business shopping. So im excited to share that a business we feared we had lost access to in Forsyth is available once again 🙂

At the request from many people who loved the soaps and candles we carried at zen on the river , Sheboygan Farms products are now available for purchase within my office in forsyth and colstrip.

Hey everyone; had a cancellation for the colstrip location Wednesday the 3rd.

Available options are 9:30am for a 90 min apt or
10am for a 60 min apt

To clear up what seems to be some confusion:

My basic schedule is Monday-Thursday 9-5. I take Fridays off to handle appointments for my boys and myself. So no i can’t just work overtime to fit another person in.

I am currently seeing people 7:45am -6:30pm to accomidate an overflow due to a change in other therapists schedules and life changes. I also have accomidated and opened a Sunday.

I am a solo parent to a few boys and an extra parent to many others. I have a village who helps ( picks kids up from school so I can work after 3pm, watches them when they are home sick so I don’t reschedule 8 people ect) but at the end of the day they are my kids and if I need to move appointments to accommodate them, I will.

It recently came back to me that I am not making an effort to see people who are in pain in a timely manner. If you feel that way reach out directly and I’m happy to discuss it. But I’m running out of ways to accommodate without my children or my body suffering for it.

I am one person. Who also suffers the condition known as humanity. I also get sick. I also have spinal and connective tissue conditions. I have to walk a fine line between the guilt of not being able to schedule another patient for 4 weeks or knowing if I take one more patient in that week it could be the reason I can’t function for days to weeks myself. Then 30 more people lose care. It’s a hard balance. And saying “no I’m sorry I can’t fit another in “ is the hardest part of my job. I bend and break my schedule to see everyone I can. I skip lunch breaks and my gym time to see people. I do my chart notes at home when I should be present for my kids. I dont take sick days to fight colds or to give my body the recovery time It needs.

I cannot give more than I do to this business. I have enough guilt about saying no , being less than perfectly present for my children and leaving them with babysitters when they are sick that I really do not need to hear about it at the store at 8am .

If I can’t fit you in the schedule as soon as you want, I’m sorry.
If I need to reschedule due to children or life, know it hurts me as much as it hurts you to do that.

Please bring concerns to me if you need an explanation as to why my schedule is 4 weeks out and I have nowhere left to budge on it.

As of Monday October 27th,2025 Alchemist Massage is located inside of the Mainstreet Market at 925 Main Street , Forsyth Montana

Forsyth : 925 Main Street
Hours: 9am-5pm Mondays & Thursdays

Colstrip : 503 Box Elder Ave
Hours: 9am-5pm Tuesdays & Wednesdays

Massages/ treatments continue to be by appointment only as I cannot accommodate walk ins at this time.

Texting is still the quickest method to communicate with me (720-241-9184) if you have questions , rescheduling concerns or need to book with me.

Facebook messenger doesn’t always tell me right away if I have a message

Phone calls/ voice mails get returned at the end of my day or if I happen to have a break between appointments.

Cancelation Policy:

The no show policy remains at 24 hours notice please!
Less than 24 hours but more than 4 will be charged 50%of scheduled appointment. Less than 4 or a No Show will result in 100% of appointment cost being charged.

Thank you all for your patience with the move! Huge thank you to everyone who helped move, set up, hang lights, and make this all happen without disrupting my day to do schedule ❤️

Hey everyone!

Just an update;

Appointments with me will remain in the Wells Fargo building on 9th street until at least the 25th. The door will remain locked while im with clients as there wont be anyone to answer questions in the loby. So if you’re early for your appointment , please wait in your car or send me a message and let me know If you have arrived.

I have secured a new forsyth location to utilize after that time.

My schedule is filling up fast so please do your best to plan your appointments ahead 🙂
