Have you ever seen this math? It will blow your mind. 🤯 ⬇️

1.00^365 = 1.00
1.01^365 = 37.7

1.01 to the 365 power shows us that if every day is a 1% improvement on yesterday, we end up with GAINS.

You don't go from getting winded when you climb the stairs to triathlete overnight. And if your goals never seem to materialize, then how can you reframe them in a way that IS achievable?

😴 Try to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night so you feel more rested and calm.
