We’ve Got New Wheels!

Exciting news!!! Arcadia Care at Hickory Point has a brand-new bus! Our residents will now be traveling in comfort and style, whether it’s for appointments, outings, or community events.
A big thank-you to everyone who helped make this upgrade possible. The new design looks amazing and perfectly represents our mission of providing care without compromise.

Today, our veterans were honored with a special pinning ceremony presented by Traditions HealthCare. It was a heartfelt tribute to recognize their service, dedication, and sacrifice for our country.

Halloween Trick-or-Treating Fun!

Our residents and staff at The Arc at Hickory Point had a spooktacular time celebrating Halloween with trick-or-treating, candy, and plenty of smiles!

We loved seeing all the creative costumes and sharing the fun with our community.

☕❄️ Iced Coffee Deliveries! ❄️☕

In celebration of National Coffee Day, we dropped off iced coffee baskets to our friends at St. Mary’s and DMH.

Although the St. Mary’s Case Managers were tied up in a meeting, the DMH team was so thankful, they even suggested we should celebrate more coffee days!

We’re grateful for the partnerships and the incredible work these teams do every day.

🎓✨ Celebrating Future Nurses! ✨🎓

The Arc at Hickory Point was proud to host our very first clinical training for the Illinois State University RN/BSN Program.
Today marked their last day of clinical, and we want to wish these future nurses the very best of luck as they continue their journey.

Congratulations, Casey Cruse!

We are thrilled to announce that Casey Cruse was the winner of our 1st Annual Hickory Point Chili Cook-Off on September 26th!

Casey’s chili stood out among the competition with its incredible flavor and heartwarming recipe. The event was filled with delicious food, community spirit, and fun — and Casey’s dish took home the top prize!

Please join us in congratulating Casey on her well-deserved win. We’re grateful for her participation and excited to see what next year’s cook-off will bring!
