Modifications aren’t a step back, they’re the beginning of building real strength. They mean you’re listening to your body, learning control, and moving with intention.
It’s also part of something bigger: learning to love and accept the perfection and uniqueness of your own body instead of trying to force it to look like someone else’s movement. 🙏🏻
