⚠️ Do NOT HOVER When Using the Restroom! ⚠️

Your pelvic floor needs to relax for your bladder and bowels to fully empty. Hovering creates extra tension in your pelvic muscles, making it harder to relax and release.
Over time, this can lead to straining and incomplete emptying.
✅ Sit comfortably, with feet flat on the floor, and let your pelvic floor do its job. Use a squatty potty to get a healthy squat to relax the pelvic floor if emptying the bowel/bladder is an issue.
