What is Lymph drainage massage? 🤔
-It is a very gentle technique used to move excess lymph fluid away from tissues and into the lymphatic system.
Good for:
-lymphedema
-post-surgery recovery
-chronic venous insufficiency
-Fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis
-detoxification and bloating
-skin health.

What to expect post-session
-it is normal to experience increased urination, mild fatigue, or nausea as the body eliminates toxins. Staying hydrated is highly recommended.
