Our owner, Patch, patched an employee’s tire today! Patch has patched over 30 tires since buying the business with his wife, Alli, in June 2024. That’s a lot of patching in one post! 🚙

He consitently shows up for caregivers and Care Coordinators so they can show up for our clients no matter where they are 💙

We’re excited to welcome Michelle to our team as our new Care Coordinator in the East Region. Michelle brings a background in Business Management and has experience assisting individuals in day programs. Shes known for her compassion, patience, and dedication, already making time to truly support her clients and their families.

Originally from California, Michelle now serves communities including Lake Geneva, Burlington, Mukwonago, and surrounding areas. She recently made the move to be closer to her sister, and while she may have missed the worst of winter, Wisconsin’s “false spring” isn’t stopping her from getting outside to explore with her husband and three children. If it’s too cold you may find her with a book indoors but always with a Starbucks drink in hand.

Welcome Corina! She is our new Caregiver Success Coordinator. Corina will focus on hiring, onboarding, and supporting our dedicated caregivers. Her background is in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership Development. We are excited for the knowledge and drive she brings to our growing team.

Corina will be getting married this spring. She lives in the Delavan area. When she is not meeting our caregivers and clients she is boating, caring for her four pets, or spending time with family.

Today we saw Noah Coughlan running by the office for his Tribute to the American People. Noah reached Wisconsin yesterday on his way running to the Pacific coast of Oregon. By the end of May, he will have ran 5,500 miles across 20 states in 260 days! The office staff were excited to cheer on his patriotism.

As a team that proudly supports patriotism and veterans, it meant a lot to wave our flag in support. We’re honored to serve local veterans across South Central Wisconsin every day, helping with daily tasks, personal care, and companionship so they can stay safe and comfortable at home.

Serving those who served us is something we truly take pride in. 🇺🇸

🎉🎉🎉 Dani was caught being an angel 🎉🎉🎉

Today we’re proud to recognize an incredible caregiver in the Watertown area who truly makes a difference every single day 💙 Her dedication to serving our clients is nothing short of inspiring. She approaches every visit with compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. She always goes the extra mile and this shows how she puts clients before herself.

When discussing the impact she has, Dani said, “I love my job. It’s a job I was meant for.”

Her heart for caring shines through in everything she does.

Happy Valentines Day from Alli and the Visiting Angels team! 💕 This year, we shared our love by making Valentines cards for our local nursing homes. The creativity and compassion shine through every handmade card and we hope they bring smiles to many faces today. Love is truly at the heart of what we do ❤️

There truly are angels among us and Amy is one of them! 💙

Amy is one of Ruth’s devoted caregivers and is deeply loved by our clients, their families, and her fellow caregivers. Over the weekend, she shared this with one of our owners, Alli, and it meant the word to us!
