Join us on Saturday, May 23rd from 1–3 PM for a special Community Class led by our newest team member, Amy!

This 2-hour class where we work on yoga posture and breathwork while having fun! Amy, a long-time yoga and natural living practitioner, will guide you through an engaging and supportive session.

🌿 This session’s focus: Hip & Heart Alignment
Discover simple, effective ways to improve your posture both in yoga and everyday life.

🧘‍♀️ The class will also include a beautiful guided meditation and time for questions and answers.
