Not all wounds heal the way they should -- and sometimes, that’s a sign of something more.

In our most recent episode of Fortcast, Dr. Guillermo Valenzuela shares what to look for, why some wounds don’t heal, and when it might be time to take the next step.

One key takeaway: if a wound isn’t improving after about 2–3 weeks, it’s worth getting checked out.

From underlying health conditions to circulation and infection, healing is about more than just what's on the surface.

Take a few minutes to watch and learn what your body might be trying to tell you 👇

Join Dr. Guillermo Valenzuela to discuss wound and tissue care. If you have a wound that hasn't healed for 2-3 week, it may be time for a new approach. For m...

Yesterday’s joint care talk in Fort Atkinson was a great turnout -- thank you to everyone who came out!

If you haven’t had the chance to hear Dr. Isidoro Zambrano speak about joint pain, treatment options, and what’s possible with today’s care, you still have another opportunity.

Join us for a FREE educational event on April 1 at 2:00 p.m. at the Seniors in the Park Starin Park Community Building in Whitewater.

High Five to Mary!

In honor of Social Work Month, we’re excited to recognize March’s High Five Award Winner for Respect and someone who makes a meaningful difference every single day: our incredible Medical Social Worker, Mary!

Mary brings a unique perspective to our team, using her social work lens to advocate for patients, connect them with valuable resources, and ensure they feel truly heard and supported. Her compassionate, respectful communication helps patients and families navigate some of life’s most challenging moments with confidence.

She’s also known for going above and beyond -- whether that means following up with patients after discharge or stepping in to support other areas like the Emergency Department. No matter where she’s needed, Mary shows up with positivity, creativity, and a genuine desire to help.

We especially appreciate her upbeat attitude, her ability to think outside the box, and her commitment to always learning and growing.

Thank you, Mary, for being such an inspiring advocate and teammate!
