On 26 February 2016, the 178th Human Resource Company, along with the 261st Signal Company, participated in 1AD Sustainment Brigade Partners in Education at James P. Butler Elementary School to conduct an obstacle course. Over 200 children from 3rd through 5th grade participated in the obstacle course. Thank you Ms. Vanessa Juarez, Coach Charles Gomez, and School Staff for the opportunity to strengthen the community and build a positive environment for the children.

Sgt. Sarah Powell, 178th Human Resource Company, Special Troops Battalion, 1st Armored Division Sustainment Brigade, qualifies on the M249, Feb. 17, 2016, at the McGregor Range. The Special Troops Battalion hosted range week Feb. 16-19, 2016, for the Soldiers of the 1st Armored Division Sustainment Brigade.
