Who:
Eligible participants are
-18 years of age and older and a MHS/Tricare beneficiary
-Healthy and medically stable
-Have an increased risk of getting COVID-19
-Do not have a previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19

What:
-We are looking for volunteers to participate in an investigational COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial.
-If you joined the clinical trial, you would be randomly assigned (by chance) to receive 2 separate injections into your upper arm (21 days apart) of either the investigational vaccine or placebo.
-All study procedures are provided to you at no cost.
-Volunteers may be compensated for their participation.
