For more than 30 years, the 340B Drug Pricing Program has helped Indiana community clinics provide life‑saving medications to low‑income Hoosiers—often for free or at deeply reduced costs. The program works at no cost to taxpayers, allowing clinics to stretch limited resources and expand care.

⚠️ Now this vital program is at risk.
Proposed changes from the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), effective July 1, 2026, would allow the state to keep 340B savings instead of letting clinics reinvest those dollars into patient care.

This threatens access to affordable medications and essential healthcare services across Indiana.

✅ You can help protect affordable healthcare:
1️⃣ Call Governor Braun’s office at 317‑232‑4567 and say:
“Do the right thing by carving out community clinics from the proposed Managed Medicaid 340B changes.”
