Making healthy changes can be daunting. But research shows that one positive change, like exercise, often sparks more!

A 2019 study with over 2600 young adults showed that in 15 weeks of an exercise program with no dietary goals, participants started choosing healthier food options and regulating portions without prompting.

Many other studies like this one have found similar effects with improvements in sleep, reduction of alcohol intake and other healthy choices improving naturally after exercising.
