Follow these simple tips to stay active this travel season!

✔️Incorporate activity into family plans- whether it's a ski trip or a walk around the neighborhood to look at lights, everyone can get involved!

✔️Adapt to space and equipment available- this isn't an all or nothing event. If you don't have access to your normal equipment opt for bodyweight workouts or use your suitcase as a sandbag! Creativity is key.

✔️Consistency>Intensity- You don't have to hit new PRs for your workout to make a difference. Consistent movement maintains progress and keeps you feeling your best.
