Something new is on the way! I am super excited to announce the Winter Wellness Reset! This program was designed to support the wellness goals of busy women this holiday season. The holidays are a time when we give a lot of ourselves. You deserve to feel healthy, vital, and strong!

Hello All! Due to weather and scheduling conflicts class tonight (10/6) and next Monday (10/13) will be rescheduled.

I am tentatively planning on moving both classes to Wednesdays for the next two weeks. It would be 10/8 and 10/15. Let me know if that works for you!

This class has been so much fun! It's high energy with great folks. Quick and efficient + lots of modifications = something for everyone! Beautiful weather is a fantastic bonus as well.

Edit: Class is still on! We have an indoor backup location just a few blocks from the park. DM or text me if you are coming and I can let you know if we will still be at the park or at or alternate location!

Somehow this little nugget turned 18 yesterday. 🥳🧁🎉

What a gift it has been to watch him grow and mature into the man that he is becoming. This boy, who I felt a connection with long before we ever met in the flesh, has taught me more about love and life than anything I could have ever imagined.
