A large part of our hearing assessment is listening and guiding you through your options. Pictured here is the Osia 2 Sound Processor. It's slim, light and comfortable. We work to pair you with the right hearing technology that fits both your hearing needs and lifestyle.

How do you know if your hearing aids are giving you benefit or if they are fit appropriately?

At ACNC, we now are able to provide a NEW and added option we will be implementing to verify the fit of your hearing aids. In addition to real ear measurements and aided testing in the booth, we are excited to include your loudness perception to various sounds in the fitting process.

We introduce you to Revoloud released by a German company Hörzentrum Oldenburg - their method of verification has been used in over 200 clinics in Germany for the past year and we are proud to be the very FIRST CLINIC in the United States to use their method of loudness maps to fit and adjust your hearing aids.

The process is short and will be added to your existing appointment in an effort to provide you with the very best fitting of your hearing aids. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us!

Through ACNC Cares, we offer refurbished, donated, and/or low cost hearing aids to approved applicants— at little to no cost. Tinnitus is far more common than most people realize. According to the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders, about 15% of adults in the United States experience ongoing ringing or buzzing in the ears. Many also struggle with sound sensitivity which can make everyday environments uncomfortable.

The good news is that both tinnitus and sound sensitivity can be managed. Through sound therapy, education, hearing technology, and individualized strategies we help retrain how the brain responds to sound and reduce stress around hearing.

If tinnitus or sound sensitivity is affecting your daily life, you do not have to navigate it alone. Our team is here to support you with proven tools and personalized care.

Students with auditory processing disorder may hear sounds normally but struggle to make sense of them in the brain.

This can look like:
∙Difficulty following multi-step instructions
∙Needing information repeated often
∙Trouble understanding in noisy classrooms
∙Frequently asking for clarification

If a child seems easily distracted in class or struggles with reading and spelling despite normal hearing, an evaluation may help identify APD and guide strategies for support. Early intervention can make a big difference in learning and confidence.
