Did you know October is dental hygiene awarness month??🥳🦷
Here are some tips to help each child's dental hygiene stay strong💪

Brushing: Use a soft toothbrush with fluoride toothpaste twice a day for 2 mins.

Flossing: It's recommended to floss in bewteen teeth once a day to help get ride of any plaque that wasn't removed from the brisles of the toothbrush.

Rinse: Using a antimicrobial mounthrinse can help reach bacteria that brushing and flossing can not.

Chew: Chrewing Suger-Free gum after meals can be beneficial to produce saliva that can help fight cavities, strengthen's enamel and clean food debri.
