Please welcome Lawrence Honness, LMT to the Sage + Oak Massage team!

In a world full of chaos, tension, and noise, I am always looking to create pockets of peace amidst it all. After exploring a healing journey of my own, I was called to immerse myself even deeper into that world and have since studied and practiced facilitating healing through the body. Being a massage therapist and bodyworker has provided me with the fulfilling purpose of helping people discover their own healing potential, mind, body, spirit and all.

As an artist, I spend a lot of time in nature, getting my hands dirty while searching for inspiration. I am a devoted yogi, animal lover, people lover, and free-spirited soul.

I am deeply grateful for the trust you place in me to hold your precious heart and support you through your pain.

Thankful 🤎

Heather has a wonderful touch and I love my appointments with her. I see her specifically to settle my nervous system which in turn helps my chronic pain. Her studio is gorgeous, bright and airy!
