Things you should never let your Lagree clients do (even if they ask) 😉
1. Treat the high handles like emotional support objects
…they’re handles, not life coaches. Though they do support us through many hard times. 😉😂
2. Take a cozy little nap on the carriage
…listen, if you need a quick rest, we get it, we take them too. But get back into it as fast as possible! 🏃♀️
3. Treat transition time like an intermission
…a little bathroom break, a little snack, a little nap. 🤣
4. Disappear into “water break purgatory”
…hydration is key, but we see you hiding. 😉
5. Rush the reps like it’s a sprint finish
…it’s not a race, it’s a masterpiece in slow motion!! Your instructors favorite words, “slow it down.”
