Would you, or someone you know, benefit from a chair based strength and yoga/flexibility class? I'm teaching a live online class every Thursday from 12-12:45. You can register through the Fort Collins Recreator with the link below.
It's great for all abilities and would be an active lunch break workout at the office/ home office. We start out with weights for upper body strength, do some relaxation breathing before we transition to chair yoga/streching, and eventually to the floor, or your bed for final stretches and relaxation.
