Big week here in the PATP Lab! 💪

We just kicked off our brand new SURGE (Survivors Uniting for Remote Guided Exercise) study, bringing us to a record number of programs running at once. Alongside SURGE, we’ve got LIFT, SPAACES, and our Fit Cancer program all in motion with 13 total classes happening this week! ✨

We are making great use of our new Virtual Fitness Studio and original lab space to get all of our classes and participants moving!🏋️‍♀️
