Today's the last day to support McWhinney's annual Teddy Bear Drive!

When a pediatric patient is transported to the hospital, these stuffed animals provide comfort and care during their stay. Last year, over 300 bears found loving homes thanks to your generosity.

Calling all community members! Stop by the Kinston Hub through December 12th with a teddy bear to give back to local families with the Teddy Bear Drive.

Last year, the drive collected over 300 bears for pediatric patients at UCHealth to make their stays feel more comfortable. Join us in helping our community with a great cause!

Teddy bears are recommended to be huggable size, around 15 inches or less. All bears must have the store tag on to be donated.

UCHealth's Healthy Hearts & Minds' annual BStrongBfit 2-mile race was an incredible celebration of health, empowerment and community!

BStrongBfit is an inspiring eight-week program for 4th–6th grade girls that focuses on wellness, self-esteem and the joy of running. UCHealth proudly partners with school-based coaches to make this program a reality.

🏫 This fall, 11 schools across northern Colorado participated, with students coming together to showcase their growth and celebrate their hard work.

Here’s to building strong bodies, strong minds, and even stronger confidence for the next generation. Check out some favorite moments from the race below!

When combining sales at all The Human Bean of Northern Colorado locations with donations directly from customers, this year's 19th annual Coffee for a Cure event raised $71,000 for cancer patients in northern Colorado!

Thank you to all customers who supported the event, our UCHealth volunteers who helped greet the lines, and to The Human Bean of Northern Colorado for being a shining example of dedication to the care of our community. We are overwhelmed with gratitude!

For 13 years, the Ptarmigan Ladies Golf Association has hosted an annual Double Cup Golf Tournament to raise awareness and support for northern Colorado cancer patients and their families. Their tournament this year was undoubtedly filled with friendly competition, community, and lots of pink!

Thank you, ladies, for your generosity and commitment to our community in this way. Donations raised from the tournament help cover needs that health insurance doesn’t offer. On behalf of all of the patients that you will help through this event, thank you.

When a patient’s husband showed up at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies, charge nurse Ashley Yergler quickly sensed something was off.

Noticing his confusion and facial drooping, Ashley's keen instincts led her to call the nurse response team. The man was then quickly transported to the emergency department to receive treatment. Her quick thinking and compassionate care made the difference that day.

“Many people would only focus on the patient and not the family member, but Ashley was able to help two patients that day,” said one of Ashley's colleagues.
