I'm sure you're all familiar with the quote, "Laughter is the Best Medicine"; join me on Tuesday, May 6th, for a healthy 'dose' of laughter while making new friends and laughing as a form of completely accessible, aerobic, low/non-impact exercise. We'll be laughing together at the new Senior Living residences, The Gallery of Fort Collins, a gorgeous, welcoming facility.

Please share this information with anyone who might be looking to transition from their own home to a new, senior living setting. Today we were "Team Laughter", representing the world at our own Olympic Laughter Blast march! Laughing and waving our scarves to the tune and rhythm of John Williams Olympic Fanfare and Theme, we playfully and laughterFully for our self care!!

On the playground today we gently stretched with easy Tai Chi moves, then laughed in slooooow mooootion (often erupting in hearty laughter from the joyous silliness), hahaha! Today we gave permission to and brought forth our inner silliness with the presumed first-ever, "Laughter Blast with a pillow balanced on your Head" 😂🤣

With great respect to Dr. Seuss, I offer this comment, an adaptation from a line in "One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish": If you've never laughed with a pillow on your head, you should. To do so is fun, and fun is good.
