MedX Spine and Orthopedic Physical Therapy

MedX Spine and Orthopedic Physical Therapy MedX Spine and Orthopedic Physical Therapy has been successfully treating patients in Northern Colorado and Wyoming since 1989.

MedX Spine and Orthopedic Physical Therapy specializes in the treatment of neck and back pain as well as conservative and post-surgical conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, ankle, and foot. For treatment of the neck and back, we utilize the scientifically proven MedX strengthening equipment in conjunction with the renowned "McKenzie" method. MedX differs from "conventional or traditional" physical therapy by emphasizing isolated strengthening and endurance and thus, reducing the chance for future recurrences, improving your quality of life and oftentimes, eliminating the necessity for spinal surgery. In addition, we incorporate manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities as appropriate. We promote patient independence through the "step down" program upon discharge to maintain lasting results. We offer early morning and late evening appointments to accommodate most patients' schedules.

"At only 15, I suffered a moderate neck injury which continued to bother me for a full year. Playing sports and even just sitting in class was irritating. After going through the MedX program, I no longer have continual pinching in my neck and I feel much stronger. Thank you Brian, JD, and Jen for fixing my neck and teaching me about Rock & Roll." -Derek

"When I began my journey with MedX, I was struggling to walk or sit at my desk for longer than 15 minutes without experiencing extreme sciatic pain. After 10 therapy sessions, I am happy to report an 80% improvement. I now can walk for up to 1/2 hour with no pain, and only mild discomfort after that time. The stretching exercises Brian taught me have allowed me to sit at my desk pain free." Kim
