Mission Statement:
My goal and desire is to fully inhabit my heart, be of service, and provide the best massage therapy I am capable of. My thoughts on massage therapy:
I believe our bodies are an amazing and miraculous tangible vehicle for our spirit and consciousness to navigate life with. Human touch is to me one of the greatest gifts in this life – allowing us to give our energy directly to one another and there is healing in this on all levels. It is my goal to inhabit my heart fully and to be of service in this arena. I understand the differing views on the utility of massage therapy, being an avid trail runner and physical work out fiend as well as feeling a deep spiritual connectedness when my body is in motion. The need for massage may be purely physical and goal oriented for a focused athlete or the need may be for me to respectfully hold an intuitive space open and create a session focused on the person as a whole. The need may also be merely to relax and “disappear” for a while.

New PR! 10 1/2 hours of massage today! All faithfully executed with love and attention and I never got tired. I love what I do! So blessed to get to shower people with love and healing. So blessed to have so many beautiful people walk into my office and trust me to care for them! So grateful for this strong body and heathy mind and spirit that make it possible. I am blessed beyond words to get to spend my life doing this 🙌🏼.
