Have you ever wondered about peptides? Heard the buzz about getting peptide injections for various health issues?
My clients have and they started asking me questions and so I did some searching and learned about a different way to receive a peptide from a doctor friend and I wanted to share this with everyone.

I recently heard the FDA is reviewing peptides so the public has better access-but I focus on energy and not “medicine”. This is what drew me to Lifewave patches.

I believe our body has an inner healing and knowing and with the proper support we can do amazing things! I am so excited to let you know I received more vials for testing! Utilizing muscle testing techniques to see how our energy holds strong or goes weak against the stressors held in the vials, we can see what our bodies can and can’t adapt to at the time of testing. If we find a weakness, we can then look at what remedies, supplements, lifestyle and food modifications, emotional releases, etc, can help overcome this low energy and help create balance in the body for optimal health. Anything can cause anything, and looking at the body in this way can help identify some deeper root causes for the dis-ease we encounter. Distance work at its best: a friend is in Bali and woke with a “bad” stomach. When I feel run down, I know I need to raise the vibration of my energy. Maybe I haven’t gotten enough sleep, didn’t spend enough time outside or away from technology or have gone through a stressful situation. I HAVE to stop and recharge my “battery”. If I don’t, I am more susceptible to illness. The daily habits I have are important to my energetic and physical health.

Sometimes our energy needs help to flow interrupted. Body code and reiki can both help identify where and possibly what is distorted our energy and smooth out those energy bumps. We can help our energy flow by eating non processed foods, grounding, sitting in the sun, hydrating and more! These last couple of days in Colorado have been great to get outside and connect with the earth’s energy!

There is so much we can do on our own to keep our energy coherent, grounded and balanced. A lot of that work is focusing on thoughts, people and experiences that “fill our buckets” and keep us working towards the best version of ourselves.
