Hi, we are Ally & Holly, and we’re the founders of the holistic co. 🎉

A few years ago we had the dream of creating a holistic collective, one where we’d also like to work! One with passionate people all shining their own individual lights, coming together to make a whole.

With a gentle nudge from the Universe saying it was time, we began putting our visions into action June, 2025.

We had no idea how easy… and simultaneously challenging it would be. Easy in the sense that finding our practitioners has been incredibly seamless and organic, and challenging in almost every other way.

Pushing our growth, forcing us to delegate tasks, creating systems (oh, the systems), and experiencing immense vulnerability as we step into completely different roles than we were used to.

A few months later, we’ve never been happier… and busier! 😅 We have so many ideas coming down the road, and can’t wait to put them all into action but we are reminded every day that all comes in divine timing. AKA Be patient, present, and savor every moment. 🤍

Happy Birthday to our newest team member, Elise! We thought a birthday was a great opportunity to introduce our girl! 🤩

Elise is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) who believes healing happens in a safe, supportive, and genuine relationship.

Her work focuses on trauma recovery, and she blends approaches like somatic therapy, EMDR, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help people process difficult experiences and reconnect with themselves.

Her goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Therapy sessions with her might include a combination of “talk therapy” and experiential practices of somatic techniques depending on your individual needs.

Happy International Women’s Day!

✨You know we were sitting on this trend for a while, waiting for today. It’s the perfect thing for us, what’s more holistic co than honoring your inner child?!

We didn’t intend to be an all women’s run collective with the most talented, compassionate group of female entrepreneurs out there, but here we are!

Who knows how we will evolve and change over the years, nothing is set in stone, for but today we are celebrating these women and the women who have shaped us, including our inner children.

Is acupuncture a miracle treatment?

Let’s break it down (get ready for one of the most interesting things you’ve ever read, literally)👇🏻

There’s actually a substantial amount of research backing acupuncture, and physiologically, those tiny needles help to move Qi- in simplified terms, energy, lymph, and blood throughout the body.

Here’s It works the super interesting part: “Physics shows us that the atmosphere is positively charged and Earth is negatively charged.” In addition, “the head of the human body is positively charged and the feet are negatively charged.”

“Each acupuncture meridian is a line of such conducting ellipses (acupuncture points) oriented with their long axes.”

Long story short, acupuncture meridians create an electric circuit, so to speak. Blood, Qi, Lymph follow electricity, and vice versa.

Additionally, from a biomedical perspective, it regulates the negative feedback loops that govern many of our physiological processes.

Studies also show that acupuncture activates the release of natural opioids and endorphins in the brain. This turns ON our body’s innate ability to relieve pain and inflammation.

To summarize?! Acupuncture helps the body heal itself, which is WHY it works for so many things.

This day is magical ✨

Our girl Erin shares a birthday with the ushering in of the Fire Horse in the lunar new year. As well as the New Moon in Aquarius and a solar eclipse in Aquarius.

We don’t know whether to dance in the streets or stay in bed with a blanket over our heads. 🎉
