Last week our admin team headed to Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch to participate in ELEVATE, a wellness program hosted by the Heart-J Center. ELEVATE is designed to help participants slow down, connect with nature, and leave with new tools to support their health and well-being. It was such a meaningful experience for our team. The day was full of reflection, connection, and fresh inspiration for the work we do each day!
