Just a heads up for our patients! They are currently doing roadwork on Shields. For those going north and looking to turn left into our office complex, you CANNOT. They have the turn lane barricaded off. Please allow extra time to get to your appointment. Call us with any questions. (970)493-8727

Friday is Ethan and Finn’s last day with us here at Performance. They will soon be moving to Grand Junction. We are sad to see them go, but excited for the new adventures ahead of them! He has been such a great part of our team!
We will be hiring a new Physical Therapist, so spread the word!
